About
Understanding me a little better would be to know that I am a dedicated individual that cover all of my basis to be sure that everything is done correctly. My love for came at a young age of 12 years old, where I would stay in the kitchen and observe as much information as possible. from there I began cooking classes in high school and attend a Culinary competition for my school. Once I graduated high school, I began my journey in Johnson and Wales for Culinary Arts Management. There I catered, prepped, served, and greeted guests at multiple events. At the end of my first year I was needed back home, and in 2011 I returned to school at Florida State College at Jacksonville. Through out my journey in this school I found my love for hotels and my true goal in life.
