About
I am a microbiologist focusing on understanding microbial pathogenesis, host-pathogen interactions using the approach of molecular, cellular and biochemical investigation. How these lead to diseases or effective immunity in the host using proteomics, transcriptomics, bioinformatics and microbiological techniques to understand the molecular pathways of microbe's virulent factors that are majorly involved in the unexpected biogenesis of the bacteria's replicative phagosome within the macrophage.
