About
Hi! My name is Keeva and I just want to share a little bit of my history and also why this membership is important for my future. Since birth, my life has always been rocky. From growing up in poverty to being raised in a single parent (mother) home. I was never raised that education is important and putting myself out there can put me in positions where my life would be changed for the better. It has taken trials and tribulations to get where I am but if you want the best for your future, don't ever put a timeline on your dreams because life happens. Joining this membership and attending VCU are just the beginning of my path. Fulfilling my dream to earn my PhD in psychology will be the biggest accomplishment of my life and networking with like-minded individuals will help me learn things along the way. This is only the beginning and I am prepared for this journey.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended job path is to fulfill my dream of becoming an Clinical/Counseling Psychologist. To be able to directly affect someone's life in a positive way on a daily basis.
- Graduate school interests
Virginia Commonwealth University has been my dream school since childhood so I plan on attending school there unless I find a school with a better, more suitable program and VCU seems to be best grad school option in Virginia for me.
- Outside the classroom
I join sightseeing, reading, volunteering and fishing. I would like to also learn how to piano.
