Hello, my name is Kendra Ellison. I am of the Towering House clan, born for Within His Cover clan, my maternal grandfather is The Red House People clan, my paternal grandfather is Red Running into the Water People clan. I am a Navajo woman.
I am a sophomore at Weber State University in Odgen, Utah. My major is Associate of Applied Science in Radiography. I chose radiography because I am fascinated by the new technology and ideas of producing images that allow healthcare professionals to produce an image of a patient’s anatomy. These images that are produced are the first look into what the patient is currently experiencing and are then used to create a plan of care. I am honored to be part of the team that provides the first step in health care.
