About
My name is Kendria Jochel Johnson My parents named me Kendria Johnson after combining their first names of Kenneth and Andrea. They also combined their middles names too. =)
I am a Texas Native although culturally hold southern Lousianan, creole, roots. I am currently obtaining my Master of Education degree with a desired focus of Mental Health Counseling at Texas Southern University, I currently have obtained a 4.0 GPA my first graduate year in the program. I also am a full-time adminstrator for the Harris County Sheriff's Office's Behavioral Health Division. Within this divison, employees are able to receive free counseling services from licensed clinicians and psychologists in line with the Mental Health Awareness Act that was passed by Congress in 2017.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I seek to become a licensed professional counselor and work under the supervision of a company. I eventually would like to open up my own private practice and provide therapuetic services with the scope of transition therapy and grief counseling.
- Graduate school interests
I currently am apart of the Honor Society and sam apart of the Counseling Organization. I seek to join academic organizations geared to my success and attend campus events that engage the communities within Houston, Texas.
- Outside the classroom
In my spare time, I love to read, binge new series and shows, and most importantly, spend time with family and friends. I also love to peruse the stores of Home Goods, and any other store to gain decor ideas for my home and others,.
