Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended career path is to become a prosecutor. I am pursuing this goal with a disciplined focus on legal analysis, ethical responsibility, and public service. My academic training beginning with my Legal Assistant Diploma (May 2, 2025), followed by my Associate of Applied Science in Legal Assistant/Paralegal (October 13, 2025, honors), and now my Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Services (expected January 2027, Chancellor’s List) reflects a deliberate progression toward criminal law and courtroom advocacy. I am committed to using my education and experience to uphold the rule of law, pursue justice with integrity, and serve my community through principled prosecution.
- Graduate school interests
I intend to pursue a Juris Doctor to strengthen my foundation in criminal law, trial advocacy, and ethical decision‑making. A JD aligns directly with my long‑term goal of becoming a prosecutor and will allow me to develop the courtroom skills, analytical depth, and legal judgment required for that role. I am particularly interested in programs that emphasize criminal procedure, constitutional law, and practical litigation experience through clinics and externships. Earning a JD is the next step in preparing to serve the justice system with integrity, precision, and a commitment to meaningful public service.
