Over the past 20 years, I have interfaced at all levels, evaluating strategic options in the context of the corporate strategic direction, financial targets, and market context, including dashboard facilitation. Over these years I have supported the preparation and facilitation of planning sessions with the corporate leadership and other senior executives creating road maps to help define initiatives based on the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. At the same time I have worked with executives and stakeholders, enabling their capability, to make decisions and then measure their success based on some quantifiable outputs/metrics.
