About

My name is Kiana Staggers, and I am a proud graduate at the top of my class with a 4.4 GPA. Throughout high school, I have dedicated myself not only to academic excellence but also to service, leadership, and personal growth. I am deeply involved in my church community, where I serve on the Wings of Destiny dance team, the praise team, and the youth choir. Mentoring younger girls in dance and singing has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey, along with helping clean up the streets in my neighborhood.

I cheered for Glenn High School and participated in after-school sports, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. I believe in leading by example, staying grounded in faith, and using my talents to uplift others. As I prepare to begin college in the fall, I carry with me a passion for service, a commitment to excellence, and a heart open to all that the future holds.

Goals and interests

Career goal

I plan to pursue a career as a clinical esthetician, combining my passion for skincare with a desire to help others feel confident and healthy in their own skin. My goal is to work in a medical or dermatological setting, where I can provide advanced skincare treatments that go beyond beauty, supporting clients with acne, scarring, aging, and other skin conditions. With the right training and certifications, I aim to specialize in procedures like chemical peels, laser therapy, and other medical-grade treatments. I’m excited to build a career that blends science, care, and confidence-building for every client I serve.

Graduate school interests

I’m interested in advanced skin science and cosmetic dermatology to better understand how clinical treatments impact skin health and healing. My goal is to combine esthetics with evidence-based medical knowledge to offer safe, effective care for clients with chronic skin conditions.

Outside the classroom

I enjoy singing, dancing, spending time with friends and family, going to church and cooking. I also love to do facials and makeup on people in my free time.
