About
Hi! I'm Kimi Creen, a proud mother of four, grandmother, and student at the University of Michigan–Flint, where I'm pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
I've spent the past five years working for Red Bull Distribution Company, where I've developed a passion for supporting employees, improving workplace experiences, and understanding the people behind successful organizations.
My interest in human resources comes from believing that employees are more than just numbers on a payroll. Life happens, and I believe great organizations find ways to balance business needs with compassion, understanding, and fairness.
My professional goal is to become a Talent Business Partner, where I can advocate for employees while helping organizations build stronger, more supportive workplaces.
Between balancing a career, raising a family, and continuing my education, I've learned that growth doesn't always happen on a traditional timeline. I'm proud of how far I've come, and I'm excited about where I'm headed!

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My career goal is to become a Talent Business Partner with Red Bull Distribution Company. I want to use my education, professional experience, and passion for helping others to create a positive impact in the workplace. I believe that successful organizations need strong employees, and strong employees need leaders who listen, understand, and advocate for them. My goal is to bridge the gap between business objectives and employee needs while helping create a workplace where people feel valued and supported.
- Graduate school interests
After earning my Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, I plan to continue my education by pursuing an MBA and a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development. I want to strengthen my knowledge of business strategy, organizational behavior, and leadership while preparing myself for greater responsibilities within human resources. I believe combining these degrees with my professional experience will help me become a more effective and well-rounded leader.
- Outside the classroom
Outside the classroom, I'm a busy mom of four, a proud grandmother, and a full-time working professional. My family is a huge part of my motivation to keep growing and challenging myself. I enjoy supporting my children's activities, spending time with family, and finding creative ways to bring people together. I also run a small custom apparel business, which allows me to explore my creative and entrepreneurial side. Between family, work, school, and everything in between, life is rarely boring! I've learned that balancing multiple responsibilities takes determination, flexibility, and a good sense of humor.
