About
INTRODUCTION
I currently live in Jackson, Mi, with a husband of 16 years. We do have a dog named Riley. I grew in Jackson, Mi. In my spare time, I love doing anything outside. Spring and Summer, I love fishing and gardening. When it comes to late fall, I love sitting in the woods hunting. In the winter, my passion is hockey; I live and breathe hockey.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
I graduated from Lansing Community College first with my LPN then with my RN. My first job was in a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. During that time, I also worked as a home health nurse and later a triage nurse. I decided that I would return to school after a series of medical problems. While in the hospital, I noticed mistakes that were being made. It was at that moment that I wanted to take a challenging situation and give back to others. I felt that with my knowledge and work experience, I would be an asset.
FAITH AND VALUES
I believe there is a supreme being who guides us on this path of life. The God in heaven I believe in has given me a set of values to use on my life's journey. Faith, honesty, family, helping others, nurturing those in need, and teaching those on a wayward path. I believe God put me on this earth for a specific purpose; while I know not precisely what that is, I try my hardest to use the gifts and talents He has given me to achieve that objective. I believe in commitment, dedication, and honor, honesty, integrity, charity toward others, character, seeing the good in others, and I try hard never to focus on the negative.
