About
I am a Transfer Junior at Augusta University from Chattahoochee Technical College, starting to look for roles in the healthcare industry as a future medical student with a focus on surgery (Still a Pre-Med Junior). I am fascinated by the intricate and often unseen factors that determine surgical outcomes. Why does one procedure succeed while another fails? Is it possible to predict which surgical technique will be the next groundbreaking advancement?
As such, I am taking extensive coursework in microbiology and will intern with a local research clinic. I want to apply this knowledge and experience to contribute to the future of surgical innovation in emerging healthcare companies.

The intended job path will lead me towards becoming a doctor. After completing my undergraduate degree, the next step is for me tp apply to medical school. Once I get into medical school, I will go through several years of intense study and clinical training. After that, I will need to complete a residency program in my chosen specialty, which can take anywhere from 3 to 7 years depending on the field.
- Graduate school interests
For a biology premed major who wants to become a doctor, my primary grad school interest would be medical school. This is where I will complete my MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) degree. Medical school provides the necessary education and training for me to become a licensed physician.
