About
Hello! My name is Kirrah Rekrut I am an undergraduate student enrolled at Abilene Christian University with a major in Finance.
I've always seen education as an important aspect of my life despite the obstacles I've come across. I grew up as a military brat which had an effect, not only on me emotionally, but educationally. I moved from England to New Mexico my sophomore year of high school finding it difficult to accumulate myself into a new high school. Although despite these challenges, I'm proud to say I graduated at an honors level and am coming into university with 25 college credits, that I had received throughout my junior and senior years of high school.
Goals and interests
- Graduate school interests
I'm very interested in participating in study abroad during my time at ACU as well as participating and volunteering in community activities.
I have also grown a strong liking to chess and am interested in joining the chess club.- Outside the classroom
I am very interested in the arts; including music, drawing, and singing.
I've always been very connected to music and felt it as a strong creative outlet.
I also consider myself to be a very adventurous person- I enjoy traveling and exploring/ experiencing new places.
