Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended career path will be to continue my work in the field of K-12 Education, with a focus on leadership and change. The ever-growing need for informed decision-making at the administration level, in school districts across the county, has motivated me to further my career and expand my knowledge base and experiences.

Graduate school interests

My graduate school interests will focus on developing a qualitative research study, where I will utilize data-driven information to assist future education policy makers and other scholars in my field. This study will also help guide me as a school administrator, in providing my school district with a variety of possible areas of transformational change.

Outside the classroom

My hobbies include preparing meals with my son, painting, reading, biking, and enjoying nature.
