About

I started to look at colleges in my junior year of high school, to get ahead of the game. As I started to look into the few I chose, I realized that I would be on my own. Some of my choices had to be dropped because I couldn't afford them. My parents told me that I would have to keep my job and try to save as much possible for college. As it began to get closer, I realized that I could not even afford college on my own. So I applied to as many scholarships that I could, and hoped I got some to cut down the cost of college. I work two jobs to just make ends meet. My education is the most important thing in the world for me. I will be the only one in my family that has gone to college.

Goals and interests

Career goal

I would love to become a radiologist. This has been a dream ever since I was little. I am a people person, so I feel that I could really benefit working in the medical field. I see lots of people who suffer and I would love to be a person on the team to help those in need.

Outside the classroom

I like to go for runs and spend time with my family. Being in shape is one of my goals. I also like to show cows and teach young children about them.
