About
I am a working professional with nearly 15 years experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. I have worked for Philips Electronics in their lighting division for nearly all of my career. I have been fortunate to help shape the finance department in four different organizations. My most recent experience has been in the entertainment lighting arena supporting an acquisition made in 2008. I have been successful in acquiring companies to help drive growth in Philips as well as integrate them into our culture to drive continuity. I have had experience integrating businesses from Europe, China, New Zealand, and the United States. I enjoy interacting with many different cultures understanding what makes our global ecosystem grow. I am at a point in my career where I felt it was time to improve myself and I have done so with the help of the University of Texas at Dallas where I am a part of their Global Leadership Executive MBA program.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am looking to grow as an individual helping to drive organization in the area of Finance. In the next 2-5 years I would like to be a CFO of a major corporation utilizing the experience I have had leading commercial, manufacturing and global end to end businesses within Philips.

I am in the process of completing my Global Leadership Executive MBA at University of Texas at Dallas.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy playing golf, exercising, gardening, and my family time.
