La-Toya McGinnis

I am currently a student attending Eastern Washington University, in Cheney, Washington, majoring in Adult Education. I am studying to be a college professor or admissions counselor at a junior college or university. I have experience working with and training a diverse range of students and adults. With my grandmother working as an elementary and high school teacher, she set the standards of what educating students meant. While attending the University of the Pacific, I was inducted into Alpha Sigma Society, chosen from the top twenty percent of undergraduates. With accomplishments like these, I give all the glory to my children which whom I want to understand the values of education.
