About

I am a dedicated and motivated student currently pursuing my Associate of Arts degree at Daytona State College. As an honors student with a 3.7 GPA, I have consistently demonstrated academic excellence and a strong commitment to my education. I have earned the Industry Scholar designation, which reflects my readiness for professional growth and my drive to succeed. Nearing completion of my AA degree, I remain focused on achieving my long-term goals in higher education and beyond. I strive to embody the values of hard work, integrity, and continuous improvement, and I am eager to contribute positively to the honors society community.

Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended job path in architecture is to become a licensed architect specializing in sustainable and functional design. I aim to work on residential and commercial projects that combine creativity with practical solutions, focusing on structures that are environmentally responsible and tailored to the needs of the community. In the long term, I hope to lead design projects that positively impact urban development and contribute to more efficient and inspiring living and working spaces. My goal is to use architecture not just as a career, but as a way to make a lasting difference through thoughtful and innovative design.

Graduate school interests

I'm really interested in continuing my education at UCF because it offers some amazing graduate opportunities that line up perfectly with my goals in architecture and design. One program that stands out to me is the CityLab-Orlando Master of Architecture, which is part of a partnership with UF. It gives me the chance to stay local, keep growing my portfolio, and work toward becoming a licensed architect—all while being close to the heart of Orlando’s design scene.

I'm also really drawn to UCF’s Themed Experience MS program. I’ve always been fascinated by immersive environments like theme parks, museums, and creative public spaces, and this program combines storytelling with design in a way that really speaks to me. It feels like a perfect blend of creativity and real-world application.
