Landon Jarvis

At Venice High School, being enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Career Program has certainly challenged me academically as well as highlighting the importance of intercultural understanding and community involvement. This environment has shaped me to grow in critical thinking and being a responsible, compassionate global citizen. Alongside the IB program, I’ve completed six Advanced Placement (AP) courses, earning scores of 4 or higher in each, and was recognized as an AP Scholar with Distinction. I currently hold a 4.0 unweighted GPA and a 5.1 weighted GPA, and I’m ranked 3rd in a class of 628 students. All these accomplishments can display my dedication and discipline, but my purpose guided by my faith- doing the best with what I’ve been given.
