Latoya Wilson

I am a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. I graduated in 2003 from University of Louisiana at Lafayette where I achieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. I have worked in a variety of hospital settings including ICU/Intermediate ICU, Telemetry, Med-surg, Ortho-Neuro, Long Term Acute Care (LTAC), and Inpatient Rehabilitation. Non-hospital setting experience includes Hospice Care and Forensic Nursing as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE). I am also a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, with extensive education, training, and experience as a Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC). I have over 10 years of hospital administrative experience. I have worked for several large healthcare companies in the Lafayette, LA area including: Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, MeadowBrook Specialty Hospital, Rehab Care, and LHC Group. I am a member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nursing. I joined Lafayette Physical Rehabilitation Hospital in April 2007 and serve as the hospital’s Chief Clinical Officer. I also currently function as an adjust Practical Nursing Instructor of Delta College and I'm a member of their advisory board.
