About
I am an Undergraduate student attending the University of Missouri. I have a culinary degree from the French Culinary Institute where I graduate top in my class. I then spent several years traveling the world, working my way up through the hierarchal system of a restaurant kitchen. My greatest accomplishments thus far have been moving to Sweden to write the menu and open Hamen 4 for the summer season, cooking under Marcus Jernmark at the now two michelin star restaurant Aquavit and my last semesters GPA performance of a 3.9. I am currently undeclared in the business school with hopes for a career in the field of Marketing focused in graphic design.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I intend to participate in several internships to find my strengths in the field of business starting summer of 2015.
- Outside the classroom
I have a passion for all things remotely edible. Skiing, swimming and biking keep my very active with the hope of a triathlon in the near future. When living in Colorado, I found a love for hiking and backpacking through several mountain ranges. I also have undying love for my German Shepard, Oliver.
