About
I am currently a student at 21st Century Cyber Charter School. I have attended this school since the 7th grade and it has been a great experience for me. Attending this school has taught me how to manage my time, accountability, and how to be organized. In this school, working on my own schedule and being responsible for my own schoolwork is greatly encouraged. This has been helpful in my personal life outside of school and I know it will be a very useful in college. My next step after graduating from high school is to attend a college/university. After a long process of researching other careers I have finally chosen Human Resource Management. This field of study interests me because of the requirements within. I would be responsible for a lot of the functions that involve the employees and making sure that they have the best working environment, while participating in the other branches of the company. I have always wanted to work in management, so being able to be a part of that while ensuring the well-being of the employees is important to me.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My plan is to work in HR in a major company, helping to make the work environment enjoyable for each employee, while being a part of the team that does the decision making.
- Graduate school interests
I will be going to college for my bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Once this is completed I will pursue my Masters degree in this same field of study.
- Outside the classroom
From a young age I have always been into hairstyling and as I've grown up it has grown with me. Now, I do hair as a part time job. I have been braiding hair for about 2 years now, and it is something that I also intend to build on in the future! I also, have the talent of cooking. I come from a Caribbean family and in our culture cooking is a huge thing. So, growing up around those who love to cook and are always cooking, made me want to learn and from that I've become another cook in the family. Aside from these two hobbies I also sing. On my fathers side of the family music is everyone's talent and subsequently, mine. I sing often, but mostly at my church when asked for a special.
