Career goal: I have majored in a nursing program at Simmons University. I’m interested in studying family medicine.
Graduate school interests: I have been accepted into a 4+4 medical school program at Simmons. I will do my four years of undergraduate at Simmons. I have enrolled at St. George medical school, August of2028 once I graduate, I will attend the medical school.
Outside the classroom: - playing soccer, basketball, softball

pharmacy technician

I was hired as a per diem at Yawkey pharmacy, where I completed my hours and studied to be state and nation certificated technician. As I was now employed I took on more responsibilities. Such as speaking with insurances, refilling medications for patients and assisting them at the window. In of addition of mailing out medications to patients.

pharmacy Technician trainee

I applied to the pharmacy technician internship in summer of 2022, I got accepted into the internship. I was assigned to work at Yawkey pharmacy where I shadowed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and learned the different structures to pharmacy and hospital. I learned to fill prescriptions, manage computer systems and organize the medications. In addition to joining the Med2beds; learned to deliver medications to patients to bedside and solve insurance issues.

Jun 2022 – Jul 2022

I’m taking an enrichment class in Boston Ems training, where I got my certification to give CPR if needed incase of an emergency. I’m receiving training to become A boston EMS paramedic if I decide to. I decided to join to receive more knowledge of the medical field and path ways.
