Driven by a passion for clinical excellence and healthcare leadership, I am currently pursuing academic studies at Tiffin. As a surgical technologist, I have gained hands-on experience in maintaining sterile environments, assisting in surgical procedures, and supporting patient safety in high-pressure settings. I am also enrolled in a workplace leadership program, where I continue to strengthen my skills in communication, teamwork, and decision-making. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA, demonstrating my commitment to academic excellence.

I recently earned certification from the National Society of Leadership and Success by completing its orientation and leadership training. My achievements clearly reflect my unwavering work ethic, clinical competence, and strong commitment to patient care. This scholarship will directly advance my education and enable me to make a significant contribution to healthcare.
