About

My name is Lidiya Nikolayev, but I come from a Turkish Christian background/nationality. I have been attending two community colleges at the same time, clark College in Vancouver, WA and Richland College in Dallas, Texas online. I have been doing 18-22 credit quarters at clark and semesters at Richland. I have been on the Financial Aid Appeals Committee, the Executive Council Committee, and the S & A Fee committee at Clark since Sept. 2013. My parents are farmers so on top of school, I also help them with the farm chores. I enjoy various activities including being the United Nations Club as a delegate, as well as playing tennis and volunteering my time with the Association for India's Development non-profit charity. I currently am in the path towards a corporate financial position, and later on I wish to actually drift into investment banking. I speak Ottoman Turkish ( native), Hindi, English, and some Russian. I am also learning Italian, Arabic, and Farsi currently as well. I hope to work for fortune 500 company few years and eventually when I feel I am ready I would like to venture into the world of entrepreneur with my own company.I have always dreamed of opening several branches in India, Dubai, London, and United States. I hope to build a more work friendly and flexible environment so that my employees will have a easier time balancing their personal life with work, not to mention create jobs for those who raise disabled children and have schedule conflicts.I am working towards my Bachelors of Science in Finance and hope to pursue a masters in Wharton Business school in the future.
