I am a history major with Liberty University's Online Program. I have loved history for the majority of my life, but did not really realize it until my freshman year in high school when I began studying the founding fathers on my own. As implied, one of my favorite areas of history is America's founding, but I also enjoy Biblical, medieval, reformation, and the majority of American history. One day I would like to take my love of history and impart it on college students as a history professor. The only difference between me and others who are studying for the same goal as I, is that I am a Christian. As a result, I see history as a story that God has laid out for Christians to study. Man in his or her sinful nature though, has distorted some accounts (yellow pages, overly biased accounts, etc.). Hence apart of my job is finding the truth of what really happened in the past. I find it fun, and look forward to the future God has in store for me!
