Lily Manes

I am planning on doing some volunteer work. I want to get a job that teaches me how to run a business as an entrepreneur, and make a difference. Then I want to increase my skills as I move up in positions at my job. Then when I have enough experience I will begin the start-up process of my business. I would really like to have a job working for Volunteers of America. I don't have a driver's lisense, a college degree or job experienc however I have a lot to bring to the table if the right job comes along and gives my a chance to prove myself.

I wasn't thinking about the future during that time. It wasn't until until the summer after my Junior year at Trumbull career and technical center that I started thinking about the future. As I said in the summary when I heard what people were doing to cause trouble over the summer because of the pandemic I decied that if I was going to do anything with my life it would be to make a difference. That is when the ideas of starting my own business and volunteering came in. I did some research however when school went back in session for my senior year school as usual became my priority since I am a hard worker. I knew starting my own business and volunrteering are my future calling all because of two english papers that were assigned to my english class.

I like listening to music, archery, frisbee, badmitten, spending time with my family, and traveling.
