About
My name is Lily Serena Smith, I also go by my preferred name Echo. I am a 17 year old gender fluid person who is a part of the LGBGQ+ community. I enjoy many hobbies including music, art, writing, reading, sewing and embroidery. I strive to use my abilities and talents to help people around me, and I hope in my future profession in pediatric therapy I can do so. My friends know me as a compassionate, understanding, and empathetic leader with a passion for helping others and I know with these attributes I can bring calamity to people in need.

At my private music school I was awarded Musician of the year for my outstanding work and dedication to my practice.

I was awarded Actress of the Year at my private music school for proving growth, dedication, and personal responsibility.

I was awarded Student of the Year at my private music school for exemplifying what it means to be a leader and working with others to inspire growth and positive learning.

I have been a part of Tri M for 3 years and have participated in many music related community events involving service to others.

I was inaugurated into NHS as a Senior and I have worked in community service and helping our community.

At my high school I was asked to be a student leader to create a positive and welcoming environment to new students and transfers.
Goals and interests
- Career goal
I intend on becoming a pediatric therapist focusing on music and art therapy.
- Graduate school interests
I am interested in music(guitar and singing primarily), art, theater, embroidery/sewing, writing, and exploring nature.
- Outside the classroom
I have been singing/acting/playing guitar/and dance for around 12 years now. I enjoy sewing, embroidery, and making plushies. I also love writing and reading, especially dark horror and mystery. I am a lead singer in my band at the private music school I go to along with other students. I also love to explore nature, especially places near me.

I worked for a week in Albany, New York to help landscape homes of the less fortunate and take care of their homes.
