About

I am especially interested in organizational behavior, where I desire to study individual and group behavior within organizations. I plan to focus on leadership, emotional intelligence, employee experience, and organizational culture. I am intensely interested in human resource management and want to understand and improve human resources management within organizations. This encompasses recruitment, selection, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement. Another area of interest for me is work-life balance and employee well-being. I am enthusiastic about researching and developing strategies that enhance the quality of work-life integration, reduce burnout, and improve employee wellness programs.

I am intrigued by the field of organizational development, where I want to study and implement interventions to improve organizational effectiveness. This could include change management, growth mindset, team building, or organizational culture transformation. Another area of passion in I/O Psychology is a specific interest in employee assessment and selection. I am eager to research and develop effective selection methods, talent management strategies, and organizational diversity and inclusion practices. These are the areas that I am passionate about and would like to explore further during my graduate studies in I/O Psychology.

Outside the classroom

In my free time, I enjoy engaging in various hobbies that contribute to my overall well-being and personal growth. One of my hobbies is working out, which allows me to stay physically fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether going for a run, lifting weights, or participating in group fitness classes, I find exercise a great way to relieve stress and boost my energy levels.

Another hobby I enjoy is cycling. I love exploring new trails and taking in the beauty of nature while getting some exercise. Cycling provides a sense of adventure and thrill and allows me to connect with the outdoors and appreciate the environment around me.

Golf is another hobby I find great pleasure in. It challenges my physical and mental abilities, and I enjoy the game's strategic element. It is a great way to socialize and spend quality time with friends or family.

Reading and writing are hobbies that I have cherished since childhood. I find solace in immersing myself in literature and gaining new knowledge through books. Writing, on the other hand, allows me to express my thoughts and creativity. Writing is a therapeutic and fulfilling hobby, whether journaling, writing short stories, or working on personal projects.

Playing cards with my family is a cherished pastime that brings us together and strengthens our bond. It is a fun and interactive way to spend quality time with loved ones, and we always have a great time engaging in friendly competition and laughter.

Lastly, sightseeing would be a notable aspect if I consider vacationing as a hobby. I love exploring new destinations, learning about different cultures, and experiencing the beauty and history of various landmarks. Sightseeing allows me to broaden my horizons, create lasting memories, and appreciate the world's wonders.

These hobbies provide me with joy and relaxation and contribute to my personal growth, well-being, and connection with others.
