About

When I began my college experience, I was dead set on a career in civil engineering, and I eventually obtained my Associate's degree in the subject. After receiving my acceptance letter to Georgia Tech, however, I decided to take a chance and pursue one of my suppressed passions: the written word. Since then, I have found a new sense of purpose in my dream of becoming an English professor. In 2014, I received my Bachelor's degree in English Literature and am currently working on my Master's degree (due to graduate May 2017). Also, I am excited about my recent employment with Lanier Technical College, where I teach in both the General and the Adult Education Departments. In addition to my academic/professional life, I have a wonderful wife, and together, we are raising our little seven-month-old son. The Honor Society recognizing my hard work gives me the confidence to believe that I can make this dream a reality.
