About
Summary
I am seeking an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) two-year degree in Construction Management (CM). I plan to graduate from the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) in December 2016. I started by taking the math requirement class through the University of Alaska Yukon-Koyukuk campus in January 2012. In the 2013 Fall Semester, I enrolled as a part-time student through the University of Alaska – Fairbanks (UAF) to fulfill a life-long goal of graduating from college with a degree. I was a part-time student in my village of Koyukuk, Alaska.
I have been enrolled as a full-time student at the University of Alaska, Anchorage since August 2014. I will be taking 5 credits of required classes in the Fall 2016 semester at UAA. All that I need to graduate is a four-credit class: Structural Technology; and a one-credit class: Construction Surveying. I have enrolled into both classes for the Fall 2016 semester.
I have made the UAA Community and Technical College (CTC) Dean’s List for the Fall 2015 Semester. I have been an active member of the UAA student CM club for the Spring 2015, Fall 2015, and the Spring 2016 semesters. I am a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) since September 2015. I am a member in good standing with the Laborers Local 942 through the Fairbanks, Alaska dispatch office.
