About
I am a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying Biochemistry. I participate in a plant pathology research lab that focuses on S. enterica, and am currently exploring the metabolism of S. enterica. I've had a passion for science since middle school which to continues to grow as my education continues.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I intend to work as a research biochemist, however I'm still exploring possibilities in specializations.
- Graduate school interests
I plan to continue to get my Masters and my PhD. some institutions that i am currently looking at are the University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and University of Virginia.

My hobbies include cooking, water boarding, hiking, botany, listening to music, and writing,
