Luis Diaz de Leon

I am a dedicated professional with 21 years of experience at PACCAR Parts, where I have held roles in Customer Service, TRP Product Development, Special Markets Sales, and Fleet Sales Management. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about process improvement, compliance, leadership development, and mentoring. I take great pride in supporting new employees as they grow in their careers and serve as a mentor and advocate for the PACCAR Women's Association (PWA), helping to foster a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

Outside of work, my family is my top priority. My wife and I love spending time with our two boys, especially outdoors, whether it’s camping, hiking, or exploring new places together. I also enjoy playing disc golf and regular golf, as well as reading and writing. As part of my commitment to lifelong learning, I am currently pursuing an MBA at Eastern Washington University, ensuring I continue to challenge myself both personally and professionally.
