Luis Quezada

was enrolled in Sylmar Charter High School for the past four years of my life and decided to also enroll in the Math and Science Magnet. I was able to achieve the honor roll every year. I decided to take my first AP class my Sophomore year because I realized it was an opportunity that I couldn't risk missing. I did not pass the AP exam that year but it was not until my Junior year in which I passed the AP Spanish Exam as well as the AP English exam. I further challenged myself my Senior year where I decided to take four AP's all at once. It was difficult but it taught me valuable lessons like time management and my true potential. My decisions also helped me receive the Valedictorian Class award when I graduated.
