About
I am passionate about developing strong and courageous leaders who lead with love. Being certified in behavior analytics for the Maxwell Method DiSC Assessments, I strongly believe that self-awareness and integrity are the important stepping stones to developing powerful leadership. I plan to use my training with the Maxwell Leadership Team, education and experience as a project coordinator at a large corporation and as a construction manager at a non-profit (Habitat for Humanity)to help build amazing leaders and a better future for everyone.
