Macey French

Graduate Student | BA in Drama & Film Studies from the University of Manchester
Photographer & Creative Director

My name is Madison French. I have recently graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Film Studies. I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in Advanced Theatre Practice at the Royal Central School of Speech in Drama with the University of London. My university experience has been a whirlwind of rigorous and dedicated art experience. Throughout my undergraduate degree I worked at the university as a marketing intern and was the Publicity Officer for their musical theatre society, UMMTS. I directed two full-scale musicals and fell in love with director practice. My leadership experience continued with my work for Rotary International where I was the head counselor for the 2024-2025 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, a leadership intensive for high school students. Additionally, I produced several workshops on acting, music and intimacy coordination for the University of Manchester. I specialize in eco-friendly theatre practice, questioning how we can engage with our environment in a safe, productive and artistic manner. I enjoy youth work and would like to continue to teach workshops in my community. My professional career goals include producing theatre and teaching in undergraduate spaces.
