Volunteering

  • In my years at Stark State I joined an education group. As a group we came up with ideas on how we could give back to the people in need around us. We decided to gift families Christmas gifts for those who could not afford it. We bought the gifts, wrapped them, and our professor delivered them.

  • While in 4-H we would do group activities that would better the community around us. One volunteer activity that we did was make blankets for the all of the animals in the animal shelter. We would make sure that all of the animals had warm beds to sleep in at night.
