About
I am junior at William Jewell College striving for a B.A. in Political Science, a B.A. in Oxbridge Institutions and Policy, a minor in Communications, and a Non-Profit Leadership certificate minor. Although my main focus is political science, I engage with that subject through my involvement in the Communications and Non-profit Departments. I am also a member of the debate team, the Non-profit Leadership Association, and the Rotaract club. I will spend the coming academic year abroad, at Mansfield College of Oxford University.
Currently, I am working as a Sales Associate at Maurices and completing a volunteer curatorial internship at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art.

N.S.H.S.S. Academic Paper Award 2014
Each year, the National Society of High School Scholars has a competition in which students all over the U.S. submit academic papers. The best 25 are chosen and published in an ebook on the N.S.H.S.S. website. My paper was chosen out of 2,800.

Oxbridge Honors Program
The Oxbridge Honors Program is a prestigious academic program at William Jewell College. Students participating in the program complete a major through tutorial-style courses, and spend a year abroad at Oxford University.

Lambda Pi Eta Honors Society
Lambda Pi Eta is an honors society for students majoring or minoring in Communications.

Qualification to the National Parliamentary Tournament of Excellence 2015
My debate partner and I won enough rounds to qualify to the prestigious N.P.T.E. Only debate teams who qualify to this national tournament can compete at it.

National Forensic League All-American Award 2013
High school members of the N.F.L. (now the N.S.D.A.) receive this award for having a high G.P.A., a high ACT/SAT score, and achieving forensic greatness.
