About

I am a motivated student leader with a strong passion for robotics, coding, and emerging technology. I currently maintain a 3.73 GPA while taking AP Computer Science and concurrent enrollment college courses to prepare for a career in engineering. For the past three years, I have served as captain of my robotics team, leading my Botball team to the national competition twice while developing skills in programming, engineering design, and teamwork. I also serve as Treasurer for Buffalo Valley FFA, where I placed 3rd in the FFA Speech Competition, and I participate on the Youth Leadership Council for the Gore Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Outside of academics, I enjoy esports and competitive gaming, which further strengthens my interest in technology and digital innovation. I plan to attend Oklahoma State University to study Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering and pursue a career designing advanced robotics systems that improve safety and solve complex challenges.

Goals and interests

Career goal: This fall, I plan to attend Oklahoma State University to study Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering. My goal is to become a software engineer who designs complex robotic systems for military and defense applications. I am excited to someday design robots that can perform tasks like reconnaissance and bomb disposal, and operate in dangerous situations where people could be at risk. By earning an education in coding and robotics, I hope to help develop technologies that benefit people and society.
Outside the classroom: Most of my interests and hobbies are within the STEM area. My hobbies include: robotics, engineering, programming and coding, drones, art; especially computerized are, and esports
