I am a driven and motivated individual whose sights are set on success. I enjoy the dynamics and psychology of people in the work place. I am merely beginning my college career and I intend to achieve my Masters degree in I/O Psychology. My desired career path would be to run an independent consulting firm focused on team building and morale. In my experience, most companies tend to lose sight of the importance of their employees job satisfaction levels. The addition of Morale Officers to any company is a giant step in the right direction.
