I am building my career toward a leadership role that blends my accounting expertise with my passion for improving organizational systems, developing people, and strengthening overall business operations. I plan to continue advancing in the accounting field while expanding into roles that allow me to influence processes, support teams, and contribute to the long‑term success of the organizations I serve.

I am pursuing graduate studies to deepen my understanding of organizational effectiveness, leadership, and advanced business strategy. I’m especially interested in how financial systems, people, and processes work together to shape organizational performance. My coursework allows me to explore areas such as organizational development, leadership theory, strategic decision‑making, and the ways businesses can build stronger, more efficient, and more supportive environments for employees and customers. I’m drawn to learning that strengthens both my analytical skills and my ability to lead, develop others, and improve operations within an organization.
