My Photographic and artistic subjects are informed by the enormous cultural contributions of Umberto Eco, Aldous Huxley and Daniel Pinchbeck. I create abstract worlds of Science Futurism, neo-shamanism and the Occult. A common theme in my artwork is the possibility of total annihilation from an alien culture. The world's I create are visual bridge's to a parallel reality. I dream of an age in which humanity has survived industrialization and nuclear winter, achieving utter Nirvana and birthing a neo-renaissance. This alternate future is currently unattainable due to Capitalist driven mass consumption, pollution and the depletion of irreplaceable natural resources. My artwork is a reaction to the political and cultural fallout from this epiphany.
