Goals and interests
- Career goal
. I am looking to build, feed, and heal my community through my work. I bring 12 years of leadership training and team management experience. Currently in the process of becoming a carpenter in the building trades program. I excel at operational optimization and increasing effective interpersonal business relations. I look forward to building brighter futures and making lasting connections within my community. Creating healthy food options, by using my knowledge to help end our food desert.
I have been working diligently toward my goals, starting by obtaining a homesite within my reservation. That being the first step of many. Now I'm working on getting fresh water, electricity, and oh yeah, a home. In order to accomplish this, I'm in the process of getting my degree in applied sciences for Carpentry. With this I'll construct a home and greenhouses to produce fresh food year around. From there, I will work toward helping others in my community by repairing homes and building gardens/ greenhouses.- Graduate school interests
