My name is Maria Mendoza, I’m from Nicaragua. In my country I was an emergency physician, but I had to move to the United State three years ago. I am a student at Ivy Tech Community College completing an associate’s degree in science and planning on transferring to a four-year college or university. My educational aspirations consist of acquiring a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
