About
I am currently a freshman at the University of Nevada, Reno. I am originally from Antioch, California so Reno is a whole new atmosphere for me. I am majoring in Pre-Vet science and also an active member in the Pre-Vet club here on campus. I am currently in the process of declaring a minor possibly in mathematics, nutrition, or criminal justice. Throughout my whole life I have been an outdoors athlete so Reno was the perfect spot for me!

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan on getting a part-time job in a Veterinary Hospital throughout my remaining years left here at the University. I then plan on taking the VMCAS and pursuing my education as a future veterinarian. I plan on attending my four years in graduate school back home in California. My goal is to attend UC Davis but am also looking into So-Cal education also.
- Graduate school interests
Like mentioned in my job path, I intend to attend graduate school for Veterinary Medicine. I am open to all options since it is such a hard program to get into.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy traveling; I have never been out of the US but I have been to over 15 states in the US. I enjoy playing sports of all kind and enjoy new sports. I also love visiting beaches and sunbathing in great weather. I love board games, card games, and puzzles that use strategic skills. I enjoy trying new food places and going out of my comfort zone to a new environment. I do love the outdoors so I love fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking! I also enjoy makeup and collecting brands of all kinds.
