About
Passion and being a catalyst for change are two traits that I believe most reflect who I am as an individual. These traits have driven me in my journey to advocate and help society, especially at-risk teens. Throughout my studies as a Criminal Justice major at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and through interning at Colorado Springs Teen Court, I have found that working with such a population requires enthusiasm, agility, and compassion. Prompting positive growth and change in other individuals are essential factors for improving not only a community, but society as a whole. Without enthusiasm, compassion, and positivity, we cannot bring the change that is needed to better the lives of those who seek it. My personal goal is to help empower young adolescents to be happy, healthy, and productive citizens.
