I’m working toward a career as a professional chef with the long-term goal of owning my own restaurant. My education at Auguste Escoffier and hands-on culinary training have laid a strong foundation in technique, creativity, and kitchen management. I’m passionate about building a space that brings people together through food, while creating a better life for my son and setting an example of resilience and ambition

As a top-performing student at Auguste Escoffier with a 4.05 GPA and two President’s List honors, I’m driven to explore the science behind food. My goal is to fuse culinary creativity with innovation, leading to sustainable, flavor-rich cuisine—and eventually, my own restaurant built on purpose and heart.

I enjoy culinary exploration, often trying new recipes and techniques to expand my creativity beyond the classroom. Cooking for friends is one of my favorite ways to share my passion—it allows me to build community and refine my skills in a relaxed, joyful setting. Outside of the kitchen, I spend cherished time with my two-year-old son. Our playtime keeps me grounded, fuels my imagination, and strengthens my commitment to building a future where love and hard work lead the way.
These interests reflect not only my dedication to personal growth and connection, but also the values I hope to carry into a career as a chef, entrepreneur, and mentor. and most importantly a Mother.
