About

Hello, my name is Matthew D. White, and I am a sophomore business marketing major at Northern Illinois University. I want to take this time out to say not only thank you to the National Honor Society, and my school, Northern Illinois University, but acknowledge and reverence my parents who raised and shaped me to be the man of integrity I am today. Three words that I would use to describe myself would be a man who is resilient, consistent, and disciplined. I have raised never to be a quitter in anything that I do, therefore, I choose to exceed above and beyond that which is simply required of me, seeing things through to completion; never accepting no as an option. I am a strong believer that consistency is key in all things, and a valuable and key component when dealing with trust and various things of importance. Discipline is the glue which keeps it all together, and makes everything go. Being disciplined is an intrinsic choice that I choose to make, and exercise in any and everything that I do. I believe that these three traits among others are ones to live and conduct oneself by bringing much success and moral accomplishment.
