Maureen Teodecki

I am a student at Oakland University pursuing a degree in psychology. I started my higher education at a community college while working full time. At my prior employers, I started to wonder if about human behavior in the workplace and if certain situations changed would the behavior change as well. From there I further investigated my interest of psychology with classes related to group dynamics, organizational leadership, and motivation. I than found an entire specialty field of study called Industrial Organizational Psychology that applies psychological principles and theories to the workplace.
