Maurice Gray

I'm Maurice Gray. I've recently received my Associates Degree in Business Management. I'm applying for small business grants to open and operate a restaurant that specializes in the production of the philly cheese steak sandwich and potatoe skin fries. I've got parents who have years of experience from fully operating their own restaurant businesses. R & R Cheese Steak is the official name of my business and "The #1 Cheese Steak In America" is my restaurants' motto. Crimson and gold are my restaurants colors and also, is the color of my uniforms. The traditional 12" sub sandwhich will be 16" inches, the traditional 6" sub will be 8" and the sub will be loaded with thinly sliced ribeye and topped with racelette cheese. RC Cola beverages will be served along with my philly cheese steaks.
