Goals and interests

Career goal

I want to further the advocacy of all aspects of the
hospital and patient relationship as well as developing local community healthcare outreach
programs. I would still be active as a registered nurse in a hospital setting in order to maintain
my expertise of best practices and current patient care, but I would continue championing
opportunities for advancement of colleagues and mentoring new healthcare team members. I do
not desire a larger scope of clinical practice or autonomy as a health care provider. Instead, I am
passionate about becoming a resource for present and future staff, serving alongside them from
the moment a patient is admitted to the time they are discharged.
